Job summary

Confidential Careers is partnering with a private UHNW family in Southern California to recruit an experienced Estate Manager. The role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and requires overseeing several luxury residences, staff leadership, budgets, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in luxury residences or similar high-touch hospitality, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication. Occasional travel and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience managing luxury residences or high-touch hospitality environments.
• Exceptional communication and strong management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of multiple residences including household staffing, property maintenance, home systems, and vendors.
• Develop standards, protocols, and estate manuals; document systems and procedures across residences.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing leadership of household staff; ensure accountability with a professional culture.
• Collaborate closely with principals to manage the operational picture and act personally when needed.
