Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Previous residential housekeeping preferred.
• Experience organizing and completing household special projects.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Must be comfortable around pets.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Confidentiality and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean, vacuum, dust floors, ceilings, furnishings, bathrooms and trash containers.
• Maintain laundry including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothing, linens and towels.
• Clean interior windows, screens, and organize drawers, cabinets, and cupboards.
• Change linens and towels; clean kitchen and appliances.
• Assist with packing/unpacking and household projects as assigned.
• Report maintenance/repair problems and track cleaning supplies and costs.
• Occasionally run household errands and communicate with principals and staff; work as part of a team.
