Job summary

Dhar Mann Studios is seeking an exceptionally organized Estate Manager to oversee the Founder’s private residence in Calabasas, CA. The role requires anticipatory thinking, strong vendor relations, and the ability to keep the home organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate maintenance, smart‑home systems, and personal tasks while acting as the primary liaison between the Founders, household staff, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years in estate or private household management.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive with follow-through and ownership.
• Excellent discretion and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day estate operations ensuring the home is organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, technicians, and service providers.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Maintain familiarity with smart-home and lighting systems and coordinate troubleshooting.
• Manage household projects from start to finish with timelines and action items.
• Maintain organized records for projects, warranties, invoices, and payments.
• Serve as primary contact between Founders, staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist with scheduling, travel, inventory, insurance matters, and other personal needs.
• Proactively identify maintenance needs and address problems before they disrupt the home.
• Provide updates and handle private information with complete discretion.
