Job summary

J.P. Morgan Alternative Fund Services is seeking a Private Equity Fund Admin VP to manage daily client deliverables, NAVs, financial statements, and capital events for PE funds. You will ensure timely reporting, maintain control frameworks, and coordinate with audit and tax teams.

Leadershi p and deep PE knowledge are essential to oversee complex fund structures, side letters, and governance documents while mentoring staff and ensuring client satisfaction across SLAs.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification and 8+ years in Private Equity fund administration.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and PE fund structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of daily client deliverables for PE fund administration clients.
• Oversee books & records, NAV computations, financial statements, and capital events.
• Calculate management fees and carried interest; allocate investor capital.
• Prepare investor reports and coordinate year-end with audit and tax teams.
• Maintain SLAs, manage timelines, and resolve client issues escalations.
• Understand fund governing documents and complex transactions.
• Mentor staff and supervise technical topics and projects.
