Job summary

J.P. Morgan Alternative Fund Services (AFS) is a leading fund and portfolio administration unit within JPM's Securities Services.

As a Private Equity Fund Admin VP, you will oversee daily client deliverables, prepare NAVs and financial statements, and coordinate year-end processes with audit and tax teams. You will manage client expectations, timelines, and escalate issues, while applying deep PE fund knowledge and strong accounting controls.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA with 8+ years in PE fund admin.
• US GAAP knowledge for investment funds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or MBA.
• Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients including timelines and escalations.
• Stay current with industry standards and seek efficiency and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Liaise with risk, audit, compliance, implementation, investor relations and operations.
• Ensure adherence to control framework and procedures.
• Lead ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives.
• Mentor staff and oversee technical topics and client issues.
• Review governing documents and side letters to assess reporting impact.
