Apex Group is seeking a skilled Fund Accountant specialized in real estate private equity to join our Texas team. You will review journal entries, track capital calls, and prepare comprehensive financial statements for investor reporting, working closely with clients, auditors, and tax advisers.

You’ll contribute to month-end and year-end closes, support onboarding of new entities and investments, and participate in ad-hoc reporting and special projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of private equity accounting experience.
• Experience with real estate funds and capital calls.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team working skills.

Aufgaben

• Review daily journal entries for real estate private equity fund activity.
• Track capital calls and distributions to investors.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly trial balance workpapers.
• Prepare financial statements and partner capital statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax providers to close year-end.
• Assist onboarding of new entities, investments, and investors.
