Job summary

Apex Group Ltd is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to manage a range of private equity fund accounting tasks and administrative duties. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships and delivering accurate financial workpapers and statements.

You will work in a four-day-in-office environment, coordinate workflows, and support year-end audits and tax processes, leveraging PE software and tools as listed above.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Private Equity Fund accounting with closed-end fund structures.
• CPA/MBA/Master’s Degree an advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage complex accounting structures.
• Experience with fund data software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative duties and workflows.
• Set up operational procedures and workflows.
• Implement Fund data using PE software.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy.
• Assist managers with junior staff training and year-end processes.
• Support year-end audit and tax activities.
