Job summary

Apex Group Ltd is seeking a senior professional to oversee fund accounting and client services for Private Equity fund administration clients. The role involves coordinating work across global locations, preparing financial statements, and investor communications.

You will lead client relationships, supervise staff, and contribute to NAV processes while leveraging Investran/eFront and other portals to improve efficiency and accuracy. A strong PE fund background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Approximately 8+ years’ experience in fund accounting and client service.
Strong leadership and supervisory experience of other professionals.
Experience with PE fund structures and investor reporting.
Knowledge of Investran and eFront; familiarity with US GAAP & IFRS.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience automating processes with Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationship management for Fund Administration PE clients.
Direct supervision of staff.
US GAAP & IFRS reporting for closed-ended structures including PE or Infrastructure.
Assist in developing global client relationships and optimizing service offerings.
Produce Financial Statements and investor communications for clients.
Assist NAV preparation and review for PE fund clients.
Fund accounting and knowledge of investor reporting systems (Investran/eFront).
Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies.
Work on integration of large fund administration mandates.
Develop and enhance fund administration platforms to automate processes.
Collaborate with operational centers and global teams.
