Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Sales Director for the StepStone Private Credit Benchmarks in New York to own new-business and subscription growth of a premier data product. You will target institutional buyers, articulate value for pricing and benchmarking, and drive a full subscription sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

Collaborating with product marketing and the data team, you will shape demos and packaging while maintaining a disciplined pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Track record selling financial data, analytics, or benchmarks on a subscription basis.
• Ability to carry and hit a quota for recurring data products.
• Fluency in private markets and credible use cases for pricing and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Land new subscribers and grow existing accounts for the benchmarks data product.
• Sell to data, research, portfolio-management, risk and valuation functions at GPs, LPs, banks and asset managers.
• Articulate use cases for pricing, benchmarking and market surveillance to justify subscriptions.
• Run full subscription sales cycles: prospecting, trials, negotiation, close and renewal.
• Manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce with disciplined updates.
