Job summary

Kroll seeks a mid-to-senior Product Leader to own the data-capture platform within the Center of Excellence, defining the roadmap and ensuring scalable, source-first data products for valuation workflows.

You will partner with CoE analysts and engineering to translate client needs into capabilities, while prioritizing delivery and maintaining clear success criteria across models, reporting, and benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in data organizations shaping data products and operating models.
• Experience at a large financial data provider.
• Ability to translate messy workflows into structured product requirements within a regulated domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for data-capture and the CoE workflows — determine what gets built and in what order.
• Define platform capabilities to capture data at the source with lineage back to source documents and make it available across models and benchmarks.
• Turn real capture work with valuation and clients into actionable requirements for engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering to sequence builds, make trade-off calls, and prioritize effectively.
• Define clear ‘done’ criteria for client-ready and platform-complete capabilities.
• Coordinate with valuation, data, and GTM stakeholders so the platform reflects how the business operates.
