Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations, oversee line cooks, and ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes. You will contribute to menu development while maintaining high standards and strict health and safety compliance for our Members and Guests.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience within a club environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Valid Health and Sanitation certification, ServeSafe.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor payroll costs.
• Assist in menu development for ala carte and banquet menus.
• Hire, train, supervise and manage kitchen staff as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
