Job summary

Invited, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth dining experience in a club setting.

You will support daily dining operations, follow service standards, and contribute to member satisfaction and retention while upholding professionalism and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily features, and specials.
• Assist teammates and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly.
