Job summary

Invited is seeking a friendly Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests. You will apply our three-step service with warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, ensuring a seamless dining experience and high member satisfaction.

This non-lead role supports dining operations, maintains cleanliness, and collaborates with team members to meet service standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily features.
• Support team and assist in service duties as required.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
