Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at our private clubs. You will consistently apply warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells while supporting dining operations and maintaining member satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, knowledge of the menu, and adherence to safety and service standards, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Food & Beverage service experience.
• State/city required Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service according to Invited F&B standards.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders timely.
• Know the menu and daily features; upsell where appropriate.
• Greet members by name and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
