Invited, a premier hospitality group operating private clubs nationwide, seeks a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. You will apply the 3-steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—while supporting dining operations with the team.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and maintaining high standards in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications required by state/city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, processing orders promptly.
• Greet members by name and deliver a warm welcome.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, features, and specials.
• Support team to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques and professionalism.
• Complete daily tasks, maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and club standards.
