Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, reflecting our service standards. This role focuses on warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, working with team members to provide a seamless dining experience and support dining area operations.

You will maintain high standards, know the full menu, greet members by name, handle complaints with recovery techniques, and participate in daily duties and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders promptly.
• Know the full menu, including daily features and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist fellow employees to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete daily assignments and keep work areas clean and stocked.
• Follow club safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist management with additional duties as needed.
