Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. This role focuses on the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, while supporting dining area operations as needed.

Reporting to the appropriate F&B leadership, the server will convey menu knowledge, manage guest expectations, and contribute to a seamless dining experience with teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
• Greet members by name with a warm welcome and make them feel at home.
• Assist fellow employees to ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork.
