Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding our service standards. You will work with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience and help maintain member satisfaction and retention.

The role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, with responsibilities across daily duties, safety, and professionalism in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home.
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques, resolving issues promptly.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, keeping areas organized, clean, and stocked.
