Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, reflecting our service standards. The role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells while supporting dining area operations and teamwork.

Responsibilities include knowing the menu, handling guest feedback, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Training and certifications are required to ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and keep work areas organized and clean.
