Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, reflecting the club’s service standards. You will operate within a collaborative team to ensure a seamless dining experience, greet guests by name, and support daily operations with attention to detail.

The role emphasizes following the 3-steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—while maintaining high standards, safety, and cleanliness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service is preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well with team members and adapt to a dynamic service environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following Invited’s F&B training program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the menu, features, and daily specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Support teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience and handle issues promptly.
• Complete daily assignments, keep work areas organized and well stocked.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Assist management with additional duties as needed.
