Job summary

Invited is hiring a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards. This role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells in a dynamic club environment.

As a non-lead position, you will support the dining area, assist with service duties, and collaborate with team members to maintain high satisfaction and retention among members.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service to members/guests with accuracy and warmth.
• Greet members by name, provide a welcoming experience, and support the dining team.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily features, and specials.
• Assist colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience and teamwork.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards in line with club policies.
