Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding the company’s service standards. The role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells within a collaborative dining team.

As a non-lead role, you’ll support dining operations, maintain knowledge of menu features, and assist in service duties as required, contributing to member satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Know the full à la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide warm welcome.
• Assist teammates and ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete daily assignments and keep work areas organized and stocked.
• Follow club cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
