Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards. The role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, while supporting dining area operations and teamwork.

The position requires prior F&B service experience, relevant certifications, and a professional demeanor. Evening and weekend availability is expected as part of a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service is preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home.
• Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized and clean.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
