Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, applying warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. This role supports the dining area and operations, collaborating with teammates to maintain service standards.

Previous F&B experience and relevant certifications are preferred, with opportunities to grow within a large, hospitality-focused organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily features.
• Work as a team to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
