Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house dining operations across multiple dining rooms.
• Develop and implement service training programs to raise guest experience levels.
• Assist in budgeting for the food and beverage department with senior leadership.
• Manage POS updates, menu programming, and dining room scheduling.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and staff briefings.
• Conduct inventories of beverages, supplies, and dinnerware.
• Ensure staff presentation, grooming, and uniforms meet standards.
• Enforce club rules and guest service policies.
• Engage with and mentor team members to enhance member experience.
• Assist with hiring and scheduling FOH staff.
