Job summary

Grasslands Club is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to provide hands-on leadership for the club’s dining and beverage operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership in private clubs or luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing upscale dining and beverage operations.
• Strong understanding of service standards, training, scheduling, labor management, and financial controls.
• Private-club management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on leadership for daily F&B operations across multiple outlets.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and front-of-house staff.
• Establish clear expectations for service, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Oversee pre-shift meetings, recruiting, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Ensure training in service standards, menu knowledge, POS procedures, and safety.
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and responsible service standards.
• Manage labor scheduling, budgets, and financial controls.
• Monitor member experience and respond to concerns promptly.
