Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience required.
• Previous experience in a private country club, upscale restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop a successful team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Positive, energetic, personable, and approachable leadership style.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and dining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with and support the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing daily food and beverage operations.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain exceptional service standards with a strong focus on attention to detail, consistency, and hospitality.
• Build genuine relationships with members and guests, creating a welcoming and personalized dining experience.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, performance management, and daily operational needs.
• Support the planning and execution of club events, private functions, wine dinners, and special dining experiences.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and dining room appearance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and the overall member experience.
• Remain visible, approachable, and actively involved during service.
• Promote communication, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the department.
