This leadership role oversees scheduling, staffing, and daily operations while mentoring front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with the F&B Director to maintain high standards, lead by example, and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment at a premier private club.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in a supervisor or manager role in F&B.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting.

• Ensure service and product quality meet expectations for members and guests.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily F&B operations.
• Provide training and leadership to front-of-house staff.
• Collaborate with F&B team to maintain a positive work environment.
