Job summary

Frontier House DC is seeking a Day Operations Manager to lead the opening and morning operations of a private Capitol Hill club. The role aims to have the House fully ready by 7:00 AM and deliver an exceptional member experience through 1:30 PM.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in hospitality or related field, a strong hospitality mindset, and comfort working with senior executives, investors, and officials. This position offers growth toward general club operations and management.

Qualifications

• Must be professional, polished, discreet, and dependable.
• Hospitality mindset with ability to anticipate member/guest needs.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives and high-profile guests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain standards without supervision.
• Reliable to report on-site by 6:30 AM and open the House independently.

Responsibilities

• Open the House and ensure daily readiness by 7:00 AM.
• Provide member and guest hospitality and morning event support.
• Conduct membership tours and assist with guest relations.
