Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Clubhouse Manager in the private club environment to lead daily clubhouse operations, member service, and events with the General Manager. You will oversee front-of-house dining, banquets, reservations, housekeeping, and shared spaces, coordinating with Culinary, Golf, Facilities, Membership, and other departments to deliver warm, personalized hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and service standard enforcement.
• Current food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service credentials are preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clubhouse operations and serve as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, safety, staffing, and equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with GM and department leaders to support clubwide operations.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and service standards.
• Lead front-of-house dining, bar, banquets, and event service with culinary team.
• Plan and manage club events, private functions, and holiday programs.
• Manage staffing plans, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor costs, revenues, and inventory to maintain financial discipline.
