Job summary

Frontier House DC on Capitol Hill seeks an Evening Operations Manager to lead the afternoon and evening operation. You will take operational control at 12:30 PM, ensuring an exceptional member experience during cocktail hour and evening programming, and close the House securely by 7:30 PM on normal days.

This is an early-career management role offering exposure to hospitality, events, facilities, and club operations, with a path toward broader management responsibilities and potential General

• Hospitality mindset and ability to anticipate member and guest needs.
• Strong discretion handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Ability to interact professionally with senior executives, founders, investors, and high-profile guests.
• Comfortable working a room during receptions, cocktail hours, member gatherings, and private events.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high presentation and service standards without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the afternoon and evening operation of Frontier House DC.
• Take operational control of the House at 12:30 PM.
• Deliver exceptional member experience through cocktail hour and evening programming.
• Close the House securely by 7:30 PM on normal operating days.
• Maintain standards and document outstanding matters before close.
• Provide member/guest hospitality, tours, event support, and F&B readiness.
• Coordinate vendors, inventory, and supplies; manage routine administration and CRM updates.
• Oversee facility coordination and House reset after each shift.
