Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
Master's degree in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred.
Five or more years of experience in accounting, finance, or law.
CPA/EA/Attorney credential or equivalent required.
Proficiency with MS Office and tax software.

Responsibilities

Manages tax and consulting engagements and enhance skills; identify client needs and opportunities.
Works directly with clients and advisors to gather information to prepare tax returns.
Reviews returns for various entities and provides feedback to staff and interns.
Directs communication with government agencies for complex matters.
Identifies issues, conducts tax research, and develops recommendations for leadership.
Develops understanding of tax concepts through client engagements and developments.
Prioritizes tasks individually and with a team.
Assists with PCS/firm billing, recruiting, and training.
