BDO USA, LLP's Private Client Services practice seeks a Tax Manager to deliver high-touch tax compliance and consulting to high net-worth clients. You will guide engagements, mentor staff, and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, reviewing returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and partnerships; coordinating with advisors; and contributing to business development and cross-service opportunities within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or law.
• CPA/EA/Attorney credential or equivalent required/with focus on tax services.

Responsabilités

• Manage tax engagements and identify client opportunities.
• Direct client information gathering for tax returns.
• Review returns for various entities and provide feedback to staff.
• Directs communication with government agencies on complex matters.
• Supervise and mentor staff; contribute to development and training.
