Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Private Client Team Leader to deliver exceptional service to a group of Private Client clients. You will mentor the Private Client team, manage relationship strategies, and support ongoing training and problem solving with the leadership group.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Advisors and leadership to drive renewal activity and account reviews, while identifying sales opportunities and improving internal processes for client outcomes.

• Effectively mentor teammates and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Private Client team to deliver exemplary service.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Advisors on client needs.
• Own renewal activity and deliver accurate renewal reviews.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and improve processes.
• Onboard and train new Private Client staff and associates.
• Partner with management to improve PC workflows and service levels.
