Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Private Client Team Leader to deliver exceptional service to Private Client customers, providing training, relationship management and problem solving. This hybrid role supports Richfield, MN and Chicago, IL.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with Account Managers and Advisors, manage renewals and growth opportunities, and advocate for clients. Base salary ranges from $95,000 to $125,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• College graduate or experience.
• Resident state broker's license.
• CPCU/CIC designation is desired or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private clients.
• Mentor and lead Private Client Associates.
• Manage renewals and coordinate with Account Managers and Advisors.
• Look for growth opportunities and advise on account rounding.
