Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Private Client Team Leader to provide exceptional service, guidance, and advocacy for Private Client customers while supporting the team in training, relationship management and problem solving.

Responsibilities include mentoring Private Client staff, managing renewals, and expanding client relationships. Hybrid work options available across multiple locations as EPIC grows.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent experience.
• Possession and maintenance of resident state broker's license.
• CPCU, CIC or similar designation pursued or held.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to a group of Private Client customers.
• Mentor and lead Private Client Associates and Relationship Managers.
• Manage renewal activity and deliver thorough renewal reviews.
• Identify sales opportunities and account rounding to grow business.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to improve client outcomes.
