EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for EPIC Private Client to deliver exceptional service to a portfolio of private clients. You will work independently and collaboratively, guiding clients, renewing coverage, and identifying opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in client management, a P&C license, and strong problem-solving skills. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years client management experience.
• P&C Insurance license required.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
• Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to Private Clients and act as trusted advisor.
• Renewal activity management from start to finish.
• Develop cooperative relationships with carriers and internal teams.
• Mentor Private Client Associates and lead project work as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and onboarding discussions.
