Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Private Client Team Leader to elevate service and advocacy for a growing Private Client book. You will mentor staff, support relationship and account managers, and drive renewal reviews, onboarding, and problem solving.

The role combines leadership with technical insurance knowledge in a collaborative, client-focused culture in a hybrid setting across Richfield, MN or Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent experience in the field.
• Possession and maintenance of a resident state broker's license.
• Insurance industry designation such as CPCU or CIC, or pursuing one.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and leadership to Private Client staff.
• Support relationship managers and account managers in client service and renewals.
• Onboard new clients and resolve client issues with leadership oversight.
