Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Private Client group. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and advocacy for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients while partnering with Account Managers, Advisors and leadership.

The position requires problem‑solving, teamwork, and ownership of client concerns from onboarding through renewal. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of client management experience, a P&C license, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; P&C Insurance license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers and Account Managers to support clients.
• Lead renewal reviews, emerge sales opportunities, and manage client onboarding and escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency guidelines and performance standards.
