EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Private Client Insurance Relationship Manager for a hybrid role based in Richfield, MN or Chicago, IL. You will lead a Private Client team, provide trusted advice, and drive renewal processes while expanding client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship management, and mentoring skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service.
• Collaborate with Private Client team and leadership.
• Lead thought leadership in private client practice.

• Develop relationships with clients.
• Manage renewal activity from start to finish.
• Deliver renewal reviews per agency guidelines.
• Identify sales opportunities by account rounding.
• Own customer concerns until resolved.
• Assist onboarding of new clients when needed.
• Take on additional projects as directed.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
