Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Private Client Relationship Manager to lead a team serving a private client book. You will advise clients, supervise and mentor staff, and drive renewal reviews while seeking sales opportunities to expand service levels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with account managers, demoing strong leadership, and ensuring superior client outcomes across multiple offices in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant experience in private client insurance.
• Possession and maintenance of a resident state broker's license or ability to obtain.
• Insurance designations such as CPCU or CIC, or actively pursuing them.
• Proficiency with industry software including Sagitta and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Client customers.
• Collaborate with Private Client teams and leadership to support clients.
• Mentor and develop Private Client Associates and staff.
• Manage renewal activity from start to finish with accurate renewal reviews.
• Identify sales opportunities via account rounding and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Own client concerns and feedback through resolution.
• Onboard new clients and assist Advisors in initial discussions.
• Lead projects and improve Private Client processes and procedures.
