HUB International in Thibodaux, LA is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book including high-net-worth Private Client insurance and provide professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and HUB colleagues for solid retention growth.

You will support Producers, handle renewals, prepare transactions, analyze client objectives, and stay updated on industry changes. Travel as needed; must hold a license or be willing to obtain the required lines.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willing to travel on business when required.
• Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states, or willing to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Oversees preparation and processing for assigned accounts.
• Analyzes clients’ objectives and compares plans for suitability.
• Keeps up with changes in the insurance industry that may affect clients.
• Recommends changes to clients independently of manager approval.
• Acts as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve complex service issues.
• Negotiates with underwriters and carriers when needed.
• Maintains account retention and pursues cross-selling opportunities.
• Documents conversations and updates HUB systems as required.
• Travels on company business as required.
• Prepares management reports and attends continuing education trainings.
