Job summary

HUB International in the United States is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to handle a book including High net-worth/Private Client insurance. You will deliver professional service, act with autonomy, support Producers, and drive retention and growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Travel may be required as part of servicing key accounts. You will oversee account activity, coordinate with carriers, update systems, and participate in new business development.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel on business when required.
• Licensed in good standing in required lines and states, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business and maintains client relationships.
• Works with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and processing for accounts.
• Analyzes client objectives and compares plans for suitability.
• Maintains data in agency management systems and ensures accuracy.
• Participates in cross-selling opportunities and new business development.
