The role emphasizes relationship-building, market research, and effective sales presentations, with a focus on individual and group insurance products within a national Private Client Services framework.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience with new business development required, ideally with large group insurance experience.
• Proven insurance industry experience with individual and group insurance products.
• Broker License is preferred and strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Consistently complete sales calls and presentations, while cultivating and handling a large portfolio of potential accounts to meet personal sales targets.
• Leverage existing network and account leads to gain business from targeted regional markets and industries.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify and target potential business opportunities and engage senior stakeholders in deal discussions.
