Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in New York is seeking a Client Service Associate on our Business Insurance team. You will support Account Management and Sales, coordinate marketing for new and renewal group business, compile data, solicit quotes, and prepare cost sheets according to guidelines.

The role requires strong written and oral communication, time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an active insurance license or plan to obtain it within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Active license in Property & Casualty or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client-relations ability
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to pursue licensing within 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management and Sales teams to meet client needs and expectations
• Coordinate and complete the marketing process for new and renewal group business, compile data, solicit quotes
• Assist with issuing/managing certificates of insurance and preparing client materials for planning, renewal, and reviews
• Engage in client-facing interactions and contribute to ongoing professional development and mentorship
