Job summary

HUB International in Houston, Texas, is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to service affluent clients and large personal lines accounts. You will work closely with Producers and HUB teams to review programs, deliver service excellence, and optimize client outcomes.

You will leverage your knowledge of high-net-worth insurance carriers, CE credits, and Texas licensing to manage renewals, advise on coverage, and protect client interests in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with high net-worth clients and large personal lines accounts.
• Proven account management experience in an insurance brokerage.
• Excellent English communication and professional presentation.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business including personal lines for affluent clients.
• Prepare annual reviews and client meetings with recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with Producers and HUB staff on service, marketing and renewal activities.
• Oversee transactions, paperwork and processing for assigned accounts.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive new business from existing clients.
