Job summary

HUB International in Winter Park, FL, seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager for VIP private client service with a focus on growth and retention. You will manage a high-net-worth book, liaise with carriers, and support producers, delivering exceptional service and tailored risk solutions.

You will work with an experienced team to maintain strong client relationships, review accounts, and expand business with existing clients. Strong licensing and CE compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel on business when required.
• EPIC experience is a plus.
• Licensing requirements: FL 2-20 or 20-44 P&C license with CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works closely with producers, brokers, and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewals.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Understands clients’ insurance objectives and analyzes plans for suitability.
• Stays updated on industry changes affecting clients.
• Negotiates with underwriters and carriers when needed.
• Resolves escalated service issues with carriers.
• Maintains client meetings and documents conversations in HUB systems.
• Develops new business from existing accounts and leads to meet production goals.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
