HUB International in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager - Private Client to manage a high-net-worth book with professional, discreet service for VIP clients, carrier representatives, and colleagues. You will support producers and brokers while maintaining strong client relationships and driving retention.

The role requires 5-7 years of relevant experience, FL 2-20 or 20-44 P&C licensing, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to travel on business as required.

Responsibilities

• Decide on books of insurance business for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with producers, brokers and HUB staff on client service, marketing and renewals.
• Oversee preparation and processing of transactions and paperwork.
• Understand clients’ objectives and compare plans for suitability.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes affecting clients.
• Negotiate with underwriters and carriers when needed.
• Maintain retention of accounts and develop new business from leads.
• Document conversations and update HUB systems as required.
