Marsh McLennan Agency seeks an Account Manager in Private Client Services to deliver exemplary service for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will manage relationships with clients and carrier underwriters to drive growth and retention, while delivering tailored coverage solutions.

Key duties include client communications, quotes, policy summaries, and coordination of renewals and new business, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance service experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent education.
• Property & Casualty License.
• Associate in General Insurance designation.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance coverages.
• Detail oriented and takes initiative.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Team player with customer service focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow assigned book of accounts.
• Advise customers on policies and coverages.
• Underwrite front-end to align carrier and solutions.
• Provide quotations, summaries, and proposals.
• Document communications in agency management system.
• Conduct periodic coverage reviews with clients.
• Coordinate mail, renewals, new business and billing.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Assist in achieving team and department goals.
