Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Florida is seeking a Private Client Advisor to deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients. You’ll analyze exposures, recommend tailored coverages, and present market data to help clients make informed decisions.

You’ll manage renewals, draft proposals, conduct annual Client Advisory reviews, and pursue growth through referrals while coordinating with multiple carriers, all within a culture that values service, ethics and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ personal lines insurance experience with high-net-worth clientele.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Customer-focused with balance on managing expectations.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assess client exposures to tailor coverage options.
• Present market data and advise on suitable products.
• Prepare renewal proposals and conduct Client Advisory reviews.
• Grow business through referrals while coordinating with carriers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
